Our Story: The Inception of The Peer Alliance

The Peer Alliance is the product of evolution. After the sale of his family’s third generation business, Paul Karofsky changed the direction of his career devoting his life to helping family businesses succeed. Combining an educational background in both Psychology and Business, Paul spent over 35 years working with family businesses in every capacity – education, family business development centers, speaking engagements, consulting, partnerships with Universities and more.

David Karofsky, growing up in his family’s business, similarly devoted his career to working with families to successfully build and grow their businesses. Following in his father’s footsteps, David obtained both a Counseling and Business Master’s Degree – understanding the importance of balancing these elements within the dynamics of family business.

Both Paul and David have devoted their lives to working with families with the ultimate goal of helping family business owners achieve their wildest dreams. Interested in learning more?
